Halliburton moving to Dubai
I was watching the CNN headlines today when I heard that Halliburton - the largest contractor of the US army is moving its headquarters to Dubai. I always knew that Dubai has an excellent business system. They don’t take income taxes, neither from corporations nor from individuals. They break records doing business compared with almost all Arab counties, and it is one of the fastest places in the world to incorporate and run a business - their record is 3 days!
When I thought a little bit about the move of Halliburton, I believe they are attempting to position themselves in a good market, close the military bases, which is their current biggest customer and closer to China, the next future biggest customer.
