Sold another one. A land in Fingerboard Rd in Frederick county (Route 80), in Ijamsville (just beside Urbana). Going for special exceptions to build a daycare center on it. Good prospects, the area is excellent full with homes and businesses around. The land has a school infront and another parcel of land that is said to be planned for an elementary school !! no one knows what will happen in the future, but definitely excellent for a daycare.
